They are the best! Very professional and knowledgable! Used them in the past and will in the future! They were here to replace my well pump and were done before the competition called me back to schedule an appointment. I already have them scheduled for more work on some other issues. I called Drain Masters after a recommendation from a friend...I thought I had a clog somewhere in my line. Scott came out and after clearing a clog, went above and beyond to inspect the line as it left my house to the village line. He found that I had a break just off my foundation which contributed to the clog in the first place. He laid out a couple of different options for me, fully explaining the entire process and why they would be doing what they did. Upon choosing the option that seemed to be best, they completely fixed the issue. Fantastic service all the way around and I will recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue...big or small.

Scott is truly a professional. He showed up on time, with the correct equipment for the job, and performed the work in less time then he originally thought. He contacted me before to make the arrangements and after the service was complete. If only all companies operated this way.

Great service, extremely skilled staff, went way beyond what was expected. Had a clogged whole house trap. That meant that the entire house (toilets, showers, sinks) was down. Called them, they showed up quickly and went to work. Problem was that that house trap (that I have been unable to find for more than 20 years) was buried underground next to the house. They found and dug up both traps (house and street) cleaned them out and the drainage problem was solved. The house trap along with scale from the old pipes (house was built in 1953) had been in bad shape for over a decade and getting more and more clogged every day. No other drain cleaning service in the past 15 years has put the effort into a job like these folks. Highly recommended!
